Shant Hagopian

Shant Hagopian is an accomplished investment management professional with extensive experience in finance and strategic structuring. Currently serving as Managing Director for CLO Fund Strategy & Structuring at Nuveen since June 2015, Shant previously held the role of Vice President/Consultant at BasicValue Asset Management, where responsibilities included conducting investment research and preparing market overviews. Prior experience includes an Associate position at Credit Suisse, focusing on acquisitions in the asset management sector, and an Analyst role at Berkshire Capital Securities LLC, where Shant worked on M&A assignments. Shant graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University in 2008.
