Sarit Klugman

Sarit Klugman is a seasoned professional in customer success and delivery, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Success and Delivery for AML & Financial Crimes at ThetaRay since April 2024, where responsibilities include managing client relationships with banks and fintechs to enable the adoption of AI-based products for combating financial crimes. Prior to this, Sarit held key positions such as Director and Head of Customer Success for Digital Assets at Nuvei, along with being the Head of Customer Success for APJ/EMEA at Micro Focus, where Sarit established a global customer success team, improved solution adoption, and drove significant renewal rates. Earlier experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, Amdocs, Intel Corporation, and Tescom, focusing on customer success management, quality assurance, and software development. Sarit holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and is a certified organizational consultant from the University of Haifa.
