Karine Nadau-Fourcade

Karine Nadau-Fourcade has had extensive work experience in the formulation and development of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Karine currently holds the position of Head of Formulation Operations at Nuvisan Pharma Services since 2018. Previously, they worked at Nestlé Skin Health from 2007 to 2018, where they held the role of Formulation Development Team Manager for Galderma. In this role, they managed a team and oversaw the development of various products, including prescription topicals, over-the-counter medications, cosmetics, and medical devices. Prior to that, they worked at Puig from 2002 to 2007, where they held the positions of Laboratory Manager and Cosmetic Formulation Engineer, responsible for developing cosmetic formulas for brands such as Paco Rabanne and Nina Ricci. Before that, they worked at Virbac from 1999 to 2002, where they held the role of Manager for Galenic Projects, focusing on the development of topical products and encapsulation systems. Karine also gained experience as a Master's intern at Coty and completed a final year internship at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics.

Karine Nadau-Fourcade has an Executive Master en management degree from EDHEC Business School. Karine also holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur + Master 2 en cosmétologie université Paris Sud from Ecole supérieure de Chimie organique et minérale.
