Mark Blackwood has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry. Mark began their career in 2009 as the Network Operations Center Manager for TEL3. In 2011, they moved to Techzilla Tech Support as a Technical Support Analyst. In 2014, they joined Rockwell Automation as a Lead Technical Support Engineer and then also joined GreenMile Powered by Descartes as a USA Lead Software Implementation Consultant. In 2023, they began working at nuVizz Inc. as a Sr Solutions Consultant / Sales & Implementation Engineer.

Mark Blackwood attended Valencia College from 2014 to 2017, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator. Mark also attended Miami Dade College for Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, they attended New Horizons Computer Learning Centers - Englewood for a Cisco CCNA Bootcamp.
