Eric Harker MD MBA MPH has a long and distinguished career in the medical field. Eric began their career in 2001 as the Medical Director of the Diabetes Prevention Program at Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG). Eric then went on to serve as the Medical Director of Lung Cancer Screening Program and CPMG Primary Clinical Care Internist. In addition, they served as the CPMG Executive Leadership Board of Directors, Regional Value Advisor for Population Health, Medical Director of Clinical Prevention Services, Physician Lead for Healthy Eating & Active Living, North Area Operations Chief, and Boulder Primary Care Department Chief. In 2018, they joined Iora Health as the Practice Medical Director and Clinical Team Medical Director. In their role, they led a clinical team of 15 health coaches, nurses, therapists, doctors, and NPs to care for a medically complex population. Eric achieved outstanding performance on quality (CMS 4*), service (NPS > 90), and affordability (MLR < 70%). Eric is currently the Chief Medical Officer at NuvoAir since 2022.

Eric Harker MD MBA MPH has a long and varied educational history. Eric started their academic career at Willamette University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1993. Eric then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1997. From 1999 to 2011, Eric studied Community Health and Preventive Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a Master of Public Health. Eric then attended Duke University School of Medicine, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine in 2011. Finally, Eric obtained a Master of Business Administration in Health Administration from the University of Colorado Denver in 2018.
