Samantha Yancich has a long history of work experience. Samantha began their career in 2011 as a Research Assistant to the Associate Provost and President of the Student Government Association at Simmons University. In 2012, they moved on to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where they worked as a Research Director, Committee on Tourism, Arts, and Cultural Development, Legislative Aide, and Policy Intern. In 2014, they worked as an Associate Director of Government Relations at O'Neill and Associates. In 2015, they began working at Hollister Staffing as a Manager, Recruiting & Business Development - Contract Technology Division and Recruiting Manager - Direct Hire Administrative & HR Division. In 2019, they joined ProfitWell as PeopleOps and Talent Acquisition, where they managed recruiting across two locations and hired 40 full-time team members. Most recently, in 2021, they joined NuvoAir as the Director of People Operations. In this role, they brought in pre-Series A to stand up a PeopleOps function, policies, and processes from scratch, built the leadership team structure and corporate goal setting methodology, stood up and scaled a Friendly PC with the Chief Medical Officer, hired Chief Technology, Product, Marketing, and Medical Officers, and increased eNPS by 89.5% in one year. Samantha was also the HR lead in the first SOC2 audit.

Samantha Yancich completed their Bachelor's degree in English & Political Science from Simmons University in 2012. Samantha then attended Université Paris-Sorbonne in 2011. In 2015, they earned their MBA in Strategic Leadership from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
