Joshua Howard has been with Nuvodia since May 2015, serving in multiple roles including Computer Systems Engineer, Senior Help Desk Specialist, and Help Desk Specialist. Responsibilities encompass Tier 1 diagnostics and troubleshooting. Joshua Howard attended Spokane Falls Community College from 2013 to 2015, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
