Judy Harkins

Judy Harkins is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as a MOP Tech with the Washington State Patrol since September 2019, Judy has held various roles, including IT Technician at JPRA and Senior Helpdesk Analyst at Nuvodia. Judy's experience spans numerous positions, such as IT Specialist at The Ventura Group, Information Systems Specialist for the Department of Interior/Bureau of Indian Affairs, and IT Engineer for Unisys, where responsibilities included providing desktop support and troubleshooting for large user groups in complex network environments. Judy's military background with the US Army as an Information Technology Analyst further solidifies a strong foundation in technical support.
