Our Service Delivery team is part of the Client Experience organization. We are leading the technical aspects of client management, including designing, developing, implementing and proactively identifying areas for performance optimization of our software products.
We now have a couple of openings for Junior ServiceNow Developers. In this role, you will work under the guidance of experienced engineers to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In the first 3 months on the role, you will go through a tailor-made training program, designed to provide you with hands-on experience in customizing workflows, creating integrations, and managing large-scale enterprise IT operations.
At the end of the training period, you will start working under the guidance of your mentor on the following:
Developing and configuring web services in our EAM platform, built on ServiceNow
Configurations of various EAM modules within the platform including clinical, facilities, manufacturing, security, integrated workplace management (IWMS) and portal acting as EAM platform system administrator, programmer or analyst
Working with web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS & HTTP)
ServiceNow programming and analysis
Glide record and accessing user information
Building system security
Client scripting and UI policies
Graphical workflow
Service catalog and catalog scripting
Reference qualifiers and dependent fields
Table and field manipulation
Managing import sets
Developing email notifications
Building transform maps
Integration of EAM platform with various third party tools
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Sound knowledge of JavaScript
Basic understanding of web technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP/S).
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
