Jeremy Johnson

Jeremy Johnson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jeremy started their career as an Animal Research Assistant at UC San Diego in 2011 and worked there until 2012. Jeremy then joined BioLegend in 2014 as a Manufacturing Associate I, focusing on protein purification, and later became a Manufacturing Associate II until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Jeremy worked at Ventana Medical Systems as a Research Associate in both the Systems Engineering and Systems Integration Verification and Validation departments, where they performed characterization and verification of on-market design changes for the automated primary staining platform. In 2020, they pursued further education at Penn State University as a Graduate Student. Jeremy recently joined NuvOx Pharma in 2021 as a QC/Manufacturing Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Senior Engineer, Operations in 2022. Currently, Jeremy is serving as the Operations Manager at NuvOx Pharma.

Jeremy Johnson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at UC San Diego from 2009 to 2012. After that, in 2013, they obtained a Biotechnology Certification from San Diego City College in the field of Biology Technician/Biotechnology Laboratory Technician. In the same year, Jeremy attended San Diego Mesa College, where they studied Chemistry and Social Work, although they did not obtain a specific degree. Prior to UC San Diego, Jeremy pursued Psychology at Foothill College between 2006 and 2009. As of 2020, they are currently enrolled at Penn State University, where they are working towards a Masters of Applied Science (MAS) degree in Applied Statistics, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
