He has over twenty-five years of finance, accounting and operational experience and has held senior positions with both public and private companies in a variety of industries, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Farmer Brothers Co., the Chief Financial Officer of PIRCH, and the Chief Financial Officer of U.S. AutoParts.
