Andrew Lantz

Andrew Lantz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew currently works as a Hosted PBX Engineer at NuWave Communications, Inc since March 2020. Prior to this, they had a freelance role as an IT Support Technician from 2000 onwards. From January 2020 to March 2020, they worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at Power Equipment Company - PECO. Andrew also has experience with UnityBPO where they held multiple roles including Presbyterian VIP Liaison from February 2019 to October 2019, Desktop Support Supervisor from June 2018 to February 2019, Desktop Support Lead from April 2015 to June 2018, and Desktop Support from April 2013 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as a Front Desk staff at Best Western from January 2004 to March 2013.

Andrew Lantz completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Information Systems at Central New Mexico Community College from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they attended DeVry University, although the degree they pursued is unspecified. In terms of certifications, Andrew obtained the A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in September 2013. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications from CompTIA, including the Network+ ce Certification in April 2019 and the IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification in April 2019. Most recently, in July 2021, Andrew obtained the EdgeMarc and EdgeView Implementation & Support Professional certification from Ribbon Communications.
