Cyndi D.

Cyndi D. has a diverse work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Cyndi began their career in 1997 as a Manager of Human Resources/Recruiting at LSG Sky Chefs, where they stayed until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at XANTERRA PARKS & RESORTS, INC. Cyndi then joined Bechtel Corporation as an HR Manager from 2005 to 2007. Since 2007, Cyndi has been with NV Energy, where they have held several positions including Sr. Analyst/HR Investigator, Manager of EEO, Manager of Ethics and Compliance, Director of Human Resources in various roles, and most recently, Director of Employee Relations, Payroll, and HR Compliance.

Cyndi D. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Texas A&M University. In addition, they hold certifications such as SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), obtained in March 2010, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), obtained in May 2004.
