David Rubin

David Rubin currently serves as the Federal Energy Policy Director at NV Energy, a position held since July 2017. In addition to this role, David Rubin is a Partner at Troutman Sanders LLP since 2005 and previously served as a Partner at Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman LLP from 1985 to 2005.
