Ismael Sanchez

Ismael Sanchez is an experienced professional in the electrical engineering and operations management fields, currently serving as the Director of Operations at NV Energy since January 2005. Previously, Ismael held various managerial roles, including Manager of Lines Construction and Maintenance and Program Manager for Enterprise Work and Asset Management. Prior to NV Energy, Ismael worked at Reynolds Electric and Engineering Company as an Engineer III, contributing to power system improvement projects at the Nevada Test Site, and at Sandia National Laboratories, where design work was focused on electrical power improvements. Ismael holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University, obtained between 1986 and 1992.
