Lisa Holder

Lisa Holder has a diverse work experience in various HR and HRIS roles. Lisa started their career at Maximus as a Director of HRMS Implementations, where they provided project management for system implementations and upgrades. Lisa then moved to Bechtel SAIC as an HRIS/Records Supervisor, overseeing a team and leading root cause analysis projects. Lisa then joined NV Energy, where they held multiple roles including HRIS Analyst, Manager of Compensation and HRIS, Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS, and most recently, Human Resources Process Director. In these roles, they focused on process improvement, benefits and compensation management, and Oracle HCM implementation.

Lisa Holder received their MS ED degree from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
