Michael Greene has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Michael began their career as an Associate at Bible Hoy & Trachok from August 2004 to December 2005. Michael then worked as an Associate at Hoy and Hoy, PC from January 2006 to March 2007. Next, they served as a Deputy Attorney General at Nevada Attorney General from March 2007 to March 2008.

From April 2008 to July 2010, Michael worked as a Senior Counsel at NV Energy before being promoted to Assistant General Counsel, a position they held from July 2010 to February 2019. Michael then served as Deputy General Counsel - Regulatory from February 2019 to May 2022 and subsequently as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel from May 2022 to October 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President, Regulatory and Business Policy at NV Energy.

Michael Greene earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Exercise Science from Willamette University from 1992 to 1996. Michael then pursued a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University, studying there from 1997 to 1999. Afterward, they attended Willamette University College of Law from 2001 to 2004 and earned their Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, specializing in Dispute Resolution with a certificate.
