Tony Vanchieri

Tony Vanchieri is an experienced professional in energy solutions and human resources, currently serving as the Government Connections Lead at NV Energy since October 2022. In this role, Tony acts as the principal liaison for government accounts across Nevada, collaborating with governmental and economic development leaders to enhance regional sustainable growth and promote energy efficiency programs. Prior to NV Energy, Tony held various positions at Southwest Gas Corporation, where responsibilities included supervising energy solutions and conducting full cycle recruitment as a Human Resources Analyst II. Additional experience includes roles as a Corporate Recruiter at Frias Transportation Management and a Human Resources Recruiter for Renewable Energy positions at SolarCity. Tony holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education-Leadership/Management from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Slippery Rock University.
