Ilya Liberman

Ilya Liberman, Ph. D, CBO, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction management and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of CQA Services at NV5 since November 2014, Ilya also holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University since January 2000. Previous roles include Deputy Project Manager for the Ft. Lauderdale Airport Expansion at PSI INC., where Ilya worked from May 1996 to October 2014, along with positions as Branch Manager and Staff Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Construction Engineering Technologies from the Research Institute of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete in Moscow, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University, and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Construction Engineering from Karaganda State Technical University.
