Jennifer Aylor

Jennifer Aylor is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President at NV5, leading operations, technical, and administrative teams since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Principal at HydroGeoLogic, Inc. from November 2019 to October 2023, managing a significant environmental remediation project under CERCLA. As Executive Director of the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians in 2018, Jennifer oversaw daily operations for one of Snohomish County's largest employers. Jennifer founded Eldred & Associates in 2009, serving as President and managing diverse planning and environmental projects. Additional roles include Board Member and Secretary at the City of Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce, Planning Commissioner for the City of Sedro-Woolley, and various leadership positions in environmental and planning firms. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Western Washington University, a Master of Public Administration from Seattle University, and further executive education from the UW Foster School of Business.
