Joshua Cobb

Joshua Cobb, PE, PMP, MSc, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Substation Engineering at NV5, overseeing substation engineering operations across multiple U.S. offices. Prior to this role, Joshua held multiple positions at TRC Companies, Inc., including Director of Substation Engineering for the Gulf Region & Western United States, where responsibilities involved engineering management and technical direction. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at LCRA, Lead Engineer at Dashiell Corporation, and Project Engineer at Nuclear Logistics Inc., encompassing the design and management of high and medium voltage projects. Joshua holds a Master's in Business Administration focused on Strategic Management and a Master's in Systems Engineering, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
