Hessel Visser

Hessel Visser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Operations Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. As the owner of Cologic since January 1990, Hessel specializes in various methodologies including Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Agility, Six Sigma, and the Theory of Constraints. In addition to running Cologic, Hessel serves as a Senior Lecturer at Mikrocentrum, where courses on Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Lead Time Management are delivered. Hessel has co-authored influential logistics books with notable academics and has been involved as an external auditor with NVAO since 1992.
