Kawtar Kazeb has extensive experience in project management and quality improvement, currently serving as a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Foundever since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kawtar Kazeb worked at Phone Group from December 2006 to July 2018, holding various positions including Responsable Certification et Processus, where responsibility included leading quality management systems across African sites and driving performance improvement initiatives. As Responsable Études et Statistiques, Kawtar Kazeb conducted operational quality studies and managed projects related to quality operational tools. Additionally, as a PMO, Kawtar Kazeb assisted in the management of cross-functional projects in Africa, ensuring continuous improvement and effective project planning and reporting. Experience also includes supervising a team as a Senior Supervisor, ensuring real-time activity management and control.
