Marieke Klijnstra

Marieke Klijnstra currently serves as Behandelaar Accreditatie at NVAO since February 2023. Previously, Marieke held the position of Lecturer in Argumentation Theory for the Minor Privacy Management at Hanzehogeschool Groningen from October 2022 to February 2023, and worked as a Guest Lecturer in Argumentation Theory at Hanzehogeschool Groningen from October 2020 to July 2022. Marieke's experience at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from September 2018 to August 2021 included roles as Chair of the University Council, Front Desk Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies, and Student Assessor for the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies. Additionally, Marieke was Faction Chair and Candidate Faction Chair at Studenten Organisatie Groningen (SOG) from April 2019 to August 2020, and served as a UN Humanitarian Affairs Peace Ambassador for the United Nations in 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in World Religions/Religious Studies from KU Leuven and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies & Theology from the University of Groningen, along with a vwo degree from S.G. Ubbo Emmius.
