Joshua Veverka

Joshua Veverka is a seasoned professional in government affairs with extensive experience in advocacy, policy analysis, and legislative management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Government Affairs at the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® since October 2014, Joshua leads initiatives impacting the real estate industry. Prior experience includes a role as State Policy Analyst at the American Occupational Therapy Association, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring legislation affecting occupational therapy. Joshua gained significant expertise during a nearly decade-long tenure at Stateside Associates, rising to Vice President, managing legislative information services, and overseeing a team of 24 staff. Joshua's career began with positions in the legislative offices of both the U.S. House of Representatives and the Pennsylvania Senate, coupled with administrative experience at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. Educational credentials include a BA in Political Science from American University.
