Michael Cross

Michael Cross holds significant experience in both sports and business development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Logan Capital Real Estate since January 2023, Michael also operates as the Chief Operating Officer at NVDM Coaching. Previous roles include Director of Social Media at the American Football Coaches Association, where oversight of digital content and social media channels occurred. Michael has a solid background in football coaching, including positions as Offensive Quality Control at Utah State University, Offensive Line Graduate Assistant at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Offensive Line Coach & Director of Football Operations at Aurora University, with a proven track record of developing players and achieving offensive success. Michael began education at Illinois State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, followed by a Master's degree in Leadership Development from North Central College.
