Ann Hepola

Ann Hepola has had a diverse range of work experience. Ann started their career as a Legal/Special Investigations Intern at the Office of the State Auditor in 2006. Ann then worked at Deloitte as a Tax Consultant from July 2007 to August 2009 and later as a Senior Tax Consultant in the Global Employer Services department from October 2009 to October 2012. In 2012, they joined Pentair as a Sr. Global Mobility Specialist and later became the Global Mobility Manager from February 2017 to April 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at nVent, first as the Director of Global Benefits and Mobility until December 2021, and currently as the Sr Director of the HR Project Management Office. Throughout their career, Ann has developed expertise in tax compliance, global mobility, and project management.

Ann Hepola attended Hutchinson High School, although the start and end years for this education are not provided. Following high school, they attended the University of St. Thomas from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics.
