Mufaddal P.

Mufaddal P. began their work experience in 1999 as a Software Engineer at TechMahindra. Mufaddal then worked as a BI Consultant at various companies, including MoneyGram International, Allina Hospitals & Clinics, and GMAC ResCap. In 2006, they joined St. Jude Medical as an IT Manager before moving to Pentair in 2008, where they held multiple roles in Information Technology and Business Intelligence. In 2018, they joined nVent as a Director of Information Technology and later became the Senior Director of Digital. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Information Technology at nVent, leading various initiatives such as hiring top engineering talent, digitizing core operations, and enhancing distributor relationships.

Mufaddal P. holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which was obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued Continuing Education in Economics & Finance at the University of Minnesota from 2003 to 2005. Mufaddal also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, which was obtained from 2000 to 2001. Mufaddal'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering (Mumbai University) from 1995 to 1999. Mufaddal completed their Higher Secondary Certificate at Jai Hind College from 1993 to 1995, and their Secondary School Certificate at Antonio De'Souza High School from 1983 to 1993. Mufaddal P. has obtained additional certifications in areas such as the Internet of Things, Agile methodologies, and Artificial Intelligence.
