Taylor White has extensive experience in executive compensation, holding various positions including Senior Manager and Executive Compensation Manager at nVent, as well as Senior Associate Consultant at McLagan. Prior roles include Senior Analyst and Executive Compensation Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, along with earlier experience as a Pension Benefits Analyst.
