David Picard

David Picard has extensive experience in the field of nondestructive testing and visual inspection, currently serving as the API Manager at NVI LLC since May 2012. In addition to this role, David has been affiliated with NVI since its inception in May 2012. Prior to joining NVI, David worked as an API Inspector at Turner Construction Company from January 2005 to May 2012. David’s foundational education was completed at Acadiana High.
