Cheryl Van is a seasoned human resources and talent development professional with extensive experience leading learning and development initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development and Head of Management Development at NVIDIA since August 2020, Cheryl has previously held senior roles at notable companies including Ontera Inc. as Head of Human Resources, RMS as Head of Learning and Engagement, and Juniper Networks as Senior Director of Learning and Organization Development. With a background as Vice President at both Yahoo! and Critical Path, as well as managing staffing and development at Visa, Cheryl has consistently driven organizational growth through effective talent management strategies. Cheryl holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
