Feng Jin, Ph.D., is a Senior Radar Perception Engineer at NVIDIA, specializing in automotive radar perception for self-driving applications since January 2021. Prior experience includes an internship at Tesla, focusing on radar simulation and analysis for passenger sensing and obstacle detection, as well as radar MIMO antenna characterization. Feng's background also includes an internship at Ford Motor Company, where research on automotive radar target classification was conducted, and a role at Keysight Technologies, developing an automotive radar simulation library. Earlier experiences at the Chinese Academy of Sciences involved DSP development and hardware design for satellite communication projects. Feng Jin holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Beihang University in Electrical and Communications Engineering.
