Lindsey Duran

Lindsey Duran has been working in the talent acquisition field for over 20 years. Lindsey started their career as a staffing manager at Silicon Systems Inc. before moving on to AST Research as an HR manager. In 2004, they joined Google as their female engineering staffing programs manager before being poached by Yahoo in 2005 to become their director of talent acquisition. During their time at Yahoo, they were responsible for hiring many of the bright minds who would go on to shape the company's future. In 2012, they left Yahoo to become the global head talent acquisition at Logitech. Lindsey held this position until 2015 when they left to join Nvidia as their head of talent acquisition.

Lindsey Duran has a MA in HRMTD from Chapman University and a BA in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Lindsey also attended La Habra High.
