Pooya Jannaty

Pooya Jannaty is a highly experienced engineering professional with a specialization in generative AI and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at NVIDIA since May 2022, Pooya has previously held significant positions at Waymo, Cruise, Synopsys Inc., Silvaco Inc., and Elysium Digital, where responsibilities included leading research and development in machine learning, motion planning, and device simulation software. Pooya holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, where research focused on complex numerical software and the design of quantum nano-devices.
