Samantha Gosrani

Samantha Gosrani has a diverse range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Samantha started their career as an HR Administrator at Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service in June 2009, where they worked until April 2011.

In April 2011, Samantha joined Horizon Leisure Centres as an HR Assistant, and they remained in this role until June 2012.

In June 2012, Samantha joined Nviro as an HR Officer and worked in this position until June 2013. Samantha then moved up to the role of HR Advisor, where they worked from June 2013 to October 2018.

Samantha further advanced their career at Nviro and became a Talent and Development Manager, starting in October 2018 and continuing until February 2022. Following this, they briefly served as a Talent and Engagement Manager from February 2022 to May 2022.

Currently, Samantha holds the position of Head of Talent and Engagement at Nviro, a role they started in May 2022.

Samantha Gosrani completed their education starting in 2005 at the University of Portsmouth, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Samantha successfully graduated in 2009. In order to further their studies in the field of Human Resources, Samantha Gosrani attended the same university and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth between 2010 and 2011.
