Kirk Lazaruk

Kirk Lazaruk is the President and Founder of KML Group, a specialized firm offering Owners Representation, Project Management, and General Contracting Services since July 1983. In addition to leading KML Group, Lazaruk serves as the Chairman of USA Maccabi Water Polo and as an Owners Representative and Project Manager for NVISION Eye Centers. Lazaruk also holds a long-standing position as the Water Polo Coach at Pacific Palisades Charter High School, overseeing both the Boys and Girls Varsity teams. Previous roles include Bond Program Monitor for Exiger and head coach for the USA Maccabiah Games Men's Open Water Polo team, which won a Gold Medal. Lazaruk has been involved with various development firms, including Heritage Development Partners LLC and Heltzer Development Co, focusing on high-end residential construction in Los Angeles. Kirk Lazaruk holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Urban Planning from UC Santa Barbara.
