Zumrud Ahmadova has worked at a variety of institutions since 2019. Zumrud began their career as a Chemical Practitioner at the Institute of Chemistry of Additives and the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry. In 2019, they also served as a Guest Researcher at the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the Institute of Petrochemical Processes of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. In 2021, Zumrud moved to the Technical University of Munich to work as a Scientific Researcher. Most recently, in 2022, they began a role as a Junior MR Researcher at NVision Imaging Technologies.
Zumrud Ahmadova obtained their High School Diploma from Gymnasium of Natural Sciences of Sumgait in 2015. Zumrud then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Baku State University, which they completed in 2019. In 2020, they attended a Summer school at Riga Technical University, focusing on The Pearl of Latvian Wooden Architecture. Zumrud also attended a Field trip at Charles University in 2019, with a focus on Chemical industry topic. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering at Riga Technical University, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, Ahmadova has obtained three certifications: Challenge program: We need water from Demola Global in 2021, Participation certificate: Sharing the Planet from Demola Global in 2021, and Participation certificate: Tree ash fertilizer development and granulation from Demola Latvia in 2021.
