Colin Mason has extensive work experience in various roles related to business development, consulting, and management.

Colin started their career in 2006 at AKI Japan Ltd. as the Director of Consulting Services in the ICT and Energy sectors, where they worked until 2015.

In 2007, they joined OneSpin-Solutions as the Business Development Manager for Japan and APAC, also serving as the Representative Director for OneSpin Solutions Japan KK until 2021.

From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Abilis Systems as a Business Development professional for Japan.

In 2010, they joined Blu Wireless Technology Ltd as the Vice President of Business Development for APAC until 2012.

Colin also worked at T2M as the Manager of Japan Business until 2017.

Starting in 2010, they held various roles at NVISO, including Japan and APAC Business Development and currently serves as the Country Manager for Japan and Head of Customer Engagement.

In 2011, they were the Representative Director of WGN Japan KK and also served as the Vice President of Business Development for Japan and APAC at Wireless Glue Networks, Inc.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Skipping Stone as a Senior Consultant in Japan.

In 2015, they joined MTS GK as the Owner and Lead Consultant, and they are currently working in that position.

From 2015 to 2021, they also worked at the Department for International Trade (DIT) as a Technology Specialist for ITEC in Japan.

Colin Mason completed their Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Engineering Science from The University of Edinburgh between 1979 and 1982. Later, in 1999-2000, they pursued a Diploma in Japanese Language from SOAS University of London. As for additional certifications, Colin obtained the MIET, C.Eng. certification from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). However, the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
