Michael Ruckman

Michael Ruckman is a skilled professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as a Production Manager at NVR, Inc. since September 2024, Ruckman previously held significant roles at Ascend from May 2021 to August 2024, including Director of Logistics and Senior Manager of Customer Experience & Logistics Solutions, notable for launching a Brokerage office and training over 50 key personnel. Prior to Ascend, Ruckman worked at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. from January 2017 to May 2021, where achievements included being named National Flatbed Salesman of the Year for 2020 and generating substantial revenue through business development. Ruckman’s earlier role as Resource Manager at Signature Consultants from December 2014 to January 2017 further complemented a strong foundation in customer and carrier relationship management.
