Esther van de Pavert

From her portfolio of knowledge development and professionalization, Esther van de Pavert is in close contact with the Occupational Expertise Center (AKC). She is also responsible for the implementation of knowledge and is affiliated with the scientific program council of the AKC. On behalf of the NVvA, Esther is currently also involved in the BAR (Description of Workload & Reintegration. The new uniform conceptual framework for determining workload capacity for occupational experts, company doctors and insurance doctors.
