Darrell Nelson

Darrell Nelson is an experienced professional with a strong background in community affairs and relations, currently serving as Community Affairs Manager at NW Natural since 2000. Prior roles at NW Natural include Manager of Community Relations & Events and New Construction Marketing Analyst. Prior to this, Darrell worked as Promotions Director for the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland from June 1998 to May 2000 and held positions at the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter from 1993 to 1998, including Manager of Affiliate Services and Client Services Coordinator. Darrell Nelson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management & Business Administration from Washington State University and a Certificate of Practice in Corporate Citizenship from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
