Sandra Senftleben is an experienced professional in organizational and human resources development, currently serving as the owner of sisu4u, where focus areas include mentoring, coaching, leadership, team development, transformation, and change management since July 2022. Prior roles include positions at NWB Verlag GmbH & Co. KG, where Sandra leads personal and organizational development, and at GEA Heat Exchangers (later Kelvion) as Manager of Human Resources Development.
