Brett Hansen has vast experience in manufacturing operations and engineering management. Brett has held various leadership roles such as Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Plant Manager in companies like Armstrong Fluid Technology and Thales Australia. Currently, Brett serves as the Director of Engineering at NWI Precision, where Brett oversees Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Engineering, and Maintenance teams, leading in operational improvements. Hansen is a Swinburne University of Technology graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
