Marty Watson

Marty Watson currently serves as the ESP Commercial Manager for the Americas at NWL, a position held since February 2011, focusing on ESP aftermarket service and new equipment sales. Prior to this role, Marty was the General Manager at CE Power, overseeing the business operations until its sale to NWL, and has also held managerial positions such as Services Manager at Tampa Armature Works and Field Service Representative at Square D Company. Additional experience includes work as an Instrumentation and Controls Technician at First Chemical Corp. Marty holds a business administration degree from Shawnee State University and has acquired various professional certifications, including strategic executive sales and advanced diving qualifications from multiple institutions. Active membership in the Masonic Lodge as a 3rd degree Mason is also notable.
