Leigh-Ann Layno, CHRL

Leigh-Ann Layno, CHRL has over 20 years of experience in human resources and labour relations. Leigh-Ann started their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Manager at Travelodge Hotels Limited. In 1999, they joined CBC as an HR Manager/Sr. Industrial Relations Consultant and worked there until 2007. During this time, they also served as the Director of Human Resources at The National Ballet of Canada for ten years. In 2017, they became the Director of Human Resources and Labour Relations at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization. Throughout their career, Leigh-Ann has shown expertise in HR management and labour relations, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Leigh-Ann Layno, CHRL, completed their education in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College from 1994 to 1997. During this period, they studied various aspects of human resources such as industrial relations, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and recruitment.
