Nikole Hagerman

Nikole Hagerman has a diverse work experience with various roles in different organizations. Most recently, they worked as a Site Engagement Associate at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Framatome, where they held several positions including Communications & Marketing Specialist from February 2021 to November 2021, Project Manager from November 2015 to January 2021, and Business Development & Marketing Coordinator from January 2014 to January 2020. Before joining Framatome, Nikole worked as a Public Relations Specialist at Seasons Fine Clothing from 2013 to 2015. Nikole also gained experience in Corporate Affairs at Bruce Power from May 2013 to August 2013. Additionally, they served as an On-Site Supervisor at Impact Cleaning Service Limited at the University of Guelph from April 2012 to September 2012. Nikole has also worked at the University of Guelph as a Facilities Coordinator in 2011 and in Grounds & Facilities Maintenance in 2010. Nikole'searly work experience includes a Human Resources Co-op student position at Bruce Power from September 2007 to January 2008.

Nikole Hagerman obtained their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Communication from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Centennial College, which they completed in 2013.

In 2016, Nikole took project management courses at the University of Waterloo, although they did not earn a specific degree during that time.

Nikole'ssecondary education was completed at Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute (GCVI) from 2003 to 2007.

Additionally, in October 2016, they obtained Standard First Aid CPR/AED Level C certification from the Canadian Red Cross. Nikole also holds an Orange Badge Certified (nuclear) certification, although the institution, month, and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
