Sean Willy

Sean Willy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility, human resources, and Indigenous relations. Notable positions include Manager of Exploration Services & CSR and Director of Corporate Responsibility at Cameco Corporation, where Sean led strategic planning and oversaw a team of 13 across multiple offices. As Manager of Corporate Indigenous Relations, Sean was the lead negotiator for Indigenous agreements internationally. Current roles include Board Member at TELUS and the Nuclear Waste Management Organization, where Sean chairs the Project Oversight Committee. Sean's career also includes significant contributions to workforce development at Diavik Diamond Mines Inc. and leadership roles at Des Nedhe Group. Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors.
