Yee-Guan Wong

Yee-Guan Wong has a diverse work experience in various industries. In their most recent role at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization, Yee-Guan served as the Site Assessment Project Coordination Manager starting in April 2021. Prior to that, Yee-Guan worked at CIBC, where they held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager from November 2020 to April 2021, Project Manager in Distribution Technology (Digital) from October 2013 to November 2020, and English Editorial Specialist/Manager in Editorial from February 2011 to September 2013. Before joining CIBC, Yee-Guan worked at Central 1 Credit Union as a Communications Specialist from October 2005 to February 2011. Yee-Guan also gained experience as an Editorial Intern/Freelancer at NOW Magazine from October 2004 to December 2007, where they were involved in feature stories, research, and generating progressive story ideas.

Yee-Guan Wong has a diverse education history. In 1999, they started their undergraduate studies at Ryerson University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. Yee-Guan completed their degree in 2005. In the meantime, in 2004, Yee-Guan Wong also attended George Brown College, where they obtained a Certificate in Digital Photography.

More recently, in 2018, Yee-Guan Wong attended the Institute of Project Management and earned a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Yee-Guan also acquired additional certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership I from the Scrum Alliance in January 2019 and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the same institution in December 2018.
