Alisha C. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director, Human Resource Business Leader at NWN Carousel since October 2023, Alisha previously held several key positions at Collins Aerospace from August 2015 to September 2023, including Human Resources Business Leader, HR Transformation Leader for the Americas, and Associate Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, Alisha worked as Manager of Human Resources at PCI Pharma Services and Clarcor, starting this career focus in 2008. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University.
