Carol Tierney currently serves as Customer Experience Manager at NWN Carousel, a leader in unified communications and advanced technology solutions, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Carol held positions at BT as a Customer Success Specialist from November 2013 to December 2022 and at BT Conferencing as Inbound Call Center Manager from June 2003 to February 2013, where oversight was provided for a team of 17 in delivering high-quality conference call services to prestigious clients such as Morgan Stanley and Google. Earlier experience includes working as Group Air Coordinator at Putnam Investments from January 2001 to June 2003. Carol holds an Associate's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Quincy College, obtained between 1987 and 1989.
